TOOLS FOR A HAPPY LIFE!!!



I want to share with you all few tools that are helping me to sustain and grow when things are pretty rough around the world.

Trust me, this has helped me immensely, it has brought a huge change in my life and I’m learning new ones.

  1. We are much more than our careers. We are more than our promotions and 10 failures. They are experiences of our lives; they are NOT our entire life.
  2. Recognise and value those who are ROCK SOLID in your life. We are full of ourselves, we want to be heard, and we want to be seen. For a change, listen, see, feel, and you will get to see a positive change in you and you will make one life better by just doing that.
  3. Nurture your relationships, don’t take them for granted, because they ground you, they nurture you. We’ve got this gift of love. Relationships are like plants, you’ve to keep watering them, and you’ve got to really look after it, nurture it.
  4. Eat Healthy. You are what you eat. It’s very important for a healthy living to eat right, by doing that you think positive, you feel good.
  5. Control your SOCIAL MEDIA. DON’T LET IT CONTROL YOU!!!!! Use the Mute, Deactivate, Not Interested options wholeheartedly. (I follow that and I love it. Always remember there are positives and there are negatives to everything, it’s your choice to dwell in negativity or shine in positivity, choose things that inspire you, that adds to your growth)
  6. MEDITATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! It provides a way of learning how to let go. Its purpose is not to control your thoughts, but to stop letting them control you. The more you do it, the more you will be you.
  7. Be responsible for the choices you make. Start being aware of how you feel when you make every choice- SMALL OR LIFE CHANGING DECISIONS, OWN IT ALL.
  8. Learn to set boundaries in general. You can be at your optimal level when your energy is preserved. It’s not selfish, it’s self-love.
  9. BE KIND, RESPECTFUL AND GRACEFUL especially when you don’t want to be- it’s the sign of a healthy civilization. Think, Talk, and Respond exactly how you would want for yourself. Remember we all are unique, hence different, including you.
  10. Give up gossiping and judging others- It’s all fun and meaningless till you hear someone judging you. It’s an absolute waste of your words, energy and time.
  11. Respect the life you have. Have dreams and feel nostalgia but don’t live there. Be present. Whether that means looking out of the window and seeing the sky or cracking the biggest deal of your life. Be here now.

I have been following this religiously and it has helped me miraculously. In the depressing times like these, it’s very important to take care of you, it’s important to be healthy, physically and mentally, and that is not a destination, it’s a process, so start today. LOVE YOUR BODY, LOVE YOUR MIND, LOVE YOUR LIFE.
